Casa Chiocciola is a 2 bedroom stone house located in the foothills of the Apennines, bordering a national park in the Le Marche region of Central Italy. The grounds offer a commanding view of the some of the tallest peaks in the Apennines and a panorama of distant hilltop villages. The house, which sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably, is available for short stays (in low season) or weekly bookings. We rent on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.

Notes on prices
Bookings are 3pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday, prices include all utilities. Rental rates refer to occupation by 2 persons. For bookings of 3-5 persons, a minimum of £40 or 60 euros extra is charged per week. Special rates for weekend or short-term stays (30 euros per person per day), long-term rentals, and parties of 6 to 8. Weekends and short-week bookings available for March, April, May, September, October, November. Please email owner for 2008 prices.

Booking notes
Payment included in sterling or euros. 25% deposit required in advance. The remainder can either be paid in euros the day of arrival or the entire amount can be transferred into owner's bank account in sterling in advance. Weekends and short-week bookings available for March, April, May, September, October, November.
